1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Retra ("the app"), provided by Mehmet Ali Çelik, operating under the Faly brand ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Retra on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
3. Retra Pro subscription
- Plans: Retra Pro is available as an auto-renewable yearly subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Free trial: the yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Price & billing: the exact price is shown in the app and charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel: anytime in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and to use it only in line with applicable laws.
5. Your content
Photos you take or import remain yours. Because everything is processed on your device, we have no access to them. You are responsible for the content you capture and share.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mehmet Ali Çelik (Faly) is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul
Mehmet Ali Çelik ("Faly" markası, "biz") tarafından sunulan Retra'yı ("uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen uygulamayı kullanma.
2. Lisans
Retra'yı sahip olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin Apple cihazlarında, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımın için; kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisansla kullanmana izin veririz.
3. Retra Pro aboneliği
- Planlar: Retra Pro, otomatik yenilenen yıllık abonelik ve tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak sunulur.
- Ücretsiz deneme: Yıllık plan 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme içerebilir. Bitmeden iptal etmezsen ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür.
- Fiyat ve ödeme: Kesin fiyat uygulamada gösterilir ve Apple Kimliğine yansıtılır. Abonelikler, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir.
- Yönet veya iptal et: İstediğin an cihazının Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler bölümünden. Bir abonelik satın aldığında ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı geçersiz olur.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, yeniden satmamayı, kötüye kullanmamayı ve yalnızca geçerli yasalara uygun kullanmayı kabul edersin.
5. İçeriğin
Çektiğin veya içe aktardığın fotoğraflar senindir. Her şey cihazında işlendiği için bunlara erişimimiz yoktur. Çektiğin ve paylaştığın içerikten sen sorumlusun.
6. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi", hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Mehmet Ali Çelik (Faly), uygulamayı kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.
9. Geçerli hukuk
Bu koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
